How the silent subliminal messages in my audios work

Beneath the audio is Affirmations spoken by voices (both male and female). These affirmations are clear and audible in the original recording.

The volume of these affirmations is reduced (measured in decibels, or dB) until they are nearly inaudible when mixed with background music or ambient sounds. This makes them "subliminal," meaning they are not consciously heard.

Although you can't consciously hear these low-volume affirmations, the theory is that your subconscious mind can still perceive them. The subconscious is thought to process information that doesn't reach conscious awareness.

Because the affirmations are not consciously heard, the subconscious mind interprets them as your own thoughts. It doesn't differentiate between externally sourced affirmations and internally generated thoughts at this subliminal level.

The subconscious mind is always active, processing information beyond our conscious awareness.

Silent subliminals on the other hand is basically the same concept but now the recording has been converted into ultrasonic or near-ultrasonic frequencies, such as base 15 000 - 20 000 Hz and above. Normally this range is where the highats in music plays at, meaning the affirmations sounds like highpitched noices much like hihats when playing.
